Description

Right lane closed, took middle lane. Driver passed at a very close proximity at high speeds, obviously angry with the situation. Yelled at him as I passed (he turned at the next intersection). He proceeded to change his mind, drive in front of me and stop, and engage in a yelling match in the street. A helpful bus driver on the #31 line (IIRC) was honking at the driver and witnessed the entire altercation.
