Description

Driving down Clarence Northbound between Taylor and 8th at around 1am on a Sunday morning (very little traffic, many opportunities for cars to pass, sidestreets were in bad shape and this was the best route to take).

Driver in a white Dodge Ram, with a smashed in tailgate, license 378 HIG, was following for a few blocks, noticeably upset (revving engine, following close then falling back, etc.). He finally passed after about 4-5 blocks, at a high speed, but gave a decent amount of room. After he passed he slowed to a walking pace in the middle of a block, obviously trying to slow us down. Slowed to his speed and followed for ~15 seconds, when he had enough and sped away. While doing this he spun his tires and shot gravel/ice/road grime in my face/body.

Reported this incident to the police. Not sure I'm allowed to say what's going on as it's ongoing but it was a positive response from the SPS.
